We are a startup, and we are looking for our first realtors
7MDigital is a small team: health sciences students and software developers. We already build websites for Ontario medical clinics, and now we are taking on a few founding realtors with a special founding deal while we grow.
We are a startup in our early days, so we charge a reasonable price for a service that is worth far more. We know what it is worth. Our focus right now is building our client base and our portfolio, and we stand behind every site we build as top notch work.

Straight answers
Will my site show real MLS listings?
Yes, once your real estate board approves the IDX feed for your site. We start that request with you after you approve your preview. Until then your site shows your own listings, and any sample listings are clearly marked.
Can I keep the domain I already have?
Yes. If you own a domain we point it at your new site. If you do not, you start on a free yourname.7mdigital.com address and can add your own domain later.
Do I need my brokerage's permission?
Many brokerages let their agents run their own website when the brokerage name is shown. We put your brokerage name on every page, and you can check your brokerage's rules before you go live.
What does it cost?
The founding realtor deal is C$750 one-time (HST included), with no monthly fee. You pay it once when you order, by card or Interac e-Transfer, and we start building as soon as your payment is confirmed.
